Tribute to Oduraa
I never spoke with Oduraa, though in hindsight I should have when she came along with her mum for my CLP Cohort’s Camp. I however met her through her YouTube videos (educative and humorous at the same time) and how her sister Laura spoke about her with pride. Even from afar, I could tell she was special! Its a joy to know you accomplished much in so little time and that heaven and earth both celebrates you! Your life has been an inspiration to many and certainly to me. Rest well, Oduraa
Tribute to Oduraa
As I reflect on the moments we shared, one memory stands out – our collaboration in selecting the perfect songs from Lauren Daigle’s ‘Look Up Child’ album for the induction service of CLP cohort 4. Your passion for music, your dedication to creating beautiful moments, and your unwavering friendship enriched my life in ways I can never truly express. Though you are no longer with us, your spirit and love for music will always resonate in the notes and lyrics of the songs we chose together. Your memory will forever be a part of every note played and every word sung during that induction service with Rev. Dickson Tuffour. It’s a tribute to your incredible spirit and the beautiful friendship we shared. In your absence, I will carry forward the warmth of our friendship and the music we loved so much. You may be gone, but you will never be…
My Buddiest Buddy
Super OD, you were not just a friend or a buddy that CLP gave me, but a sister. I miss your laughter, your screams, your videos, your admonishments, prayers. I miss screaming your name “Oduraaaaa!!!!” I miss everything. I remember countless times I told you to tell mummy to adopt me so I can be your sister officially and you kept telling me, with or without papers, you’re still my sister. Oduraa, your departure has left a void in my life, pains in my heart and tears in my eyes. I remember countless times I text you forgetting you’re no more. I loved you OD, I still do and I will forever do. Super OD, keep resting in the bosom of thé almighty.
